Terms and Conditions of Use of Collecty Box

  1. DEFINITIONS “Personal information” refers to the data you provided during registration; “Product” means a product offered for sale on the website; “Serviced Countries” refers to mainland France, the European Union and the countries available for delivery as indicated on our website; “We” means Collecty Box, a company whose registered office is located at 45 Albemarle Street, Mayfair, W1S 4JL; “Website” means the website located at www.collectybox.com or any other URL that may replace it; “You” means a user of this website.

  2. USE OF THE WEBSITE 2.1 Access Access to this website is provided in accordance with these terms and all orders must be placed in strict compliance with them. Our website is intended for use by individuals residing in the Serviced Countries. We do not accept orders from other regions.

2.2 Registration 2.2.1 By registering, you guarantee that: (a) the personal information provided is true, accurate, current and complete; (b) you will immediately inform us of any changes by writing to sales@collecty-box.com. 2.2.2 You agree not to impersonate any third party or use false information.

2.3 Our Rights We reserve the right to: (a) modify or withdraw all or part of the website without notice; (b) modify these terms at any time. By continuing to use the website, you accept such modifications.

  1. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS 3.1 Orders 3.1.1 By placing an order on our website, you declare that:

  • you have legal capacity;

  • you are at least 18 years old;

  • you reside in a serviced country.

  • 3.1.2 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will acknowledge receipt by email and then confirm shipment. The contract is formed upon shipment confirmation.

  • 3.1.3 An order may be refused if:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • payment is declined;

  • a pricing error is detected;

  • eligibility criteria are not met.

  1. CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT 4.1 You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the Products. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our policy. 4.2 You must notify us in writing and return the Products at your own expense. Products must be returned in their original condition. 4.3 This right does not apply to personalised products unless they are defective.

  2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 5.1 We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information. Prices will be confirmed in the shipping email. 5.2 Colours may slightly differ from the actual product.

  3. PRICES AND PAYMENT 6.1 Prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges. 6.2 Prices may change without affecting confirmed orders. 6.3 We secure payments but are not responsible for fraudulent use. 6.4 For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply and remain your responsibility.

  4. DELIVERY 7.1 We deliver within 5 to 7 business days, subject to availability. 7.2 Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on stock availability. 7.3 For more information, please refer to our Delivery page.

  5. RETURNS 8.1 You have 14 days to return Products. A handling fee may be deducted. 8.2 (a) If products are returned in compliance with conditions, you will be fully refunded within 30 days. (b) In the event of a defect, we will notify you by email and refund all costs. 8.3 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. 8.4 Personalised products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 8.5 Exchanges are processed at no additional cost. Any price difference will be adjusted.

  6. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES We do not control third-party websites and accept no responsibility for them.

  7. PRIVACY POLICY Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. By using the website, you accept these terms.

GIFT VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS 11.1 Collecty Box gift vouchers are valid online. 11.2 They are not exchangeable for cash. 11.3 Any remaining balance may be used later. 11.4 They cannot be used to settle an account. 11.5 The unique voucher code must be entered. 11.6 Damaged vouchers are invalid. 11.7 In the event of a return, a replacement voucher will be issued.

  9. MULTI-BUY OFFERS 12.1 Offers apply only to selected products. 12.2 Not combinable with other promotions. 12.3 Additional charges are excluded from discounts. 12.4 If an item is returned, the overall discount will be recalculated. 12.5 Clearance items are excluded. 12.6 Limited to three uses per order.

  10. DISCOUNT CODES 13.1 One code per transaction. Not valid for gift vouchers. 13.2 Not combinable. 13.3 Valid only on collectybox.com. 13.4 In the event of a return, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund. 13.5 Not valid for alterations or shipping fees. 13.6 Not compatible with certain payment methods.

  11. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL 14.1 We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events. 14.2 This includes but is not limited to: strikes, riots, wars, natural disasters, transport or telecommunications failures, and government restrictions. 14.3 Performance timeframes will be extended accordingly.

  12. GENERAL 15.1 Website content is the property of Collecty Box. 15.2 Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization. 15.3 By using the website, you agree that communications may be electronic. 15.4 Notices may be sent to sales@collecty-box.com or to our postal address. 15.5 This contract is binding on all parties. 15.6 If any clause is invalid, the remaining clauses remain valid. 15.7 No waiver is implied. 15.8 This contract constitutes the entire agreement. 15.9 We may modify these terms at any time. 15.10 These Terms are governed by French law. The courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction.
