Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Parcels are shipped via Colissimo or partner carriers, with delivery:

• To your home, directly to your mailbox

You can track your parcel at any time on our website or via the link provided in the confirmation email.

Incorrect or undelivered address

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or in case of prolonged absence, reshipping fees may be charged to the customer.
