Free shipping

At Collecty Box, shipping is free with no minimum purchase required. We deliver throughout Europe, as well as North and South America. Orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days via Colissimo or an equivalent carrier, with home delivery or delivery to a pickup point if you are unavailable.

During peak periods (sales, holidays), delivery times may be slightly extended.

Returns & exchanges within 30 days

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange.

• Returns are free when requesting an exchange or a store credit.
• Refunds are processed within a maximum of 10 days after the returned items are received, using the original payment method.
