Accepted payment methods

Payments made on the website www.collecty-box.com can be completed using the following methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

• PayPal

• Apple Pay

Cheques are not accepted as a payment method on our website.

When completing your order, you will be required to provide:

• your credit card number (16 digits)

• the expiry date

• the security code (3 digits on the back of the card)

Payment details and your order number will be sent by email in the order confirmation.

At no time do we have access to your banking information. This data is transmitted securely directly to our payment service provider.

Fraud prevention measures

Collecty Box reserves the right to:

• verify the personal data provided when placing an order,

• request proof of identity and/or address,

• cancel an order in case of suspected fraudulent use.

Each transaction is subject to an authorisation request from the buyer’s bank. Collecty Box cannot be held responsible for any payment refusal issued by the banking institution.

Ordered products remain the property of Collecty Box until full payment of the order has been received.
